Radiohead concert at Parc Jean Drapeau, Montreal, Canada

1 x Canadian hot dog on a toasted white bun with some French’s mustard, CA$3.50

I took the day off from work and spent pretty much all of it in the car. We got to Montreal at about 6:00 and missed Steven Malkmus’ set. We didn’t really eat all day. Just some peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, so I was pretty hungry when I got to the show. The dog was about as bland as they come, particularly with the French’s. A message to the people of Canada: unlike with Molson beer, there is no “ghetto-cool” associated with French’s. It’s just shitty mustard. The show was OK. Afterwards we sat for two hours in the car trying to get out of the parking lot. I argued with people who think Radiohead is the second coming of the Beatles. Then we got Chinese food.
